I spent twenty years working with teenagers in UK and Swiss boarding schools — as a Housemistress, Head of Wellbeing, and educator. I saw what exam pressure really looks like from the inside, and I saw which students came through it well — and why.

The difference was never about how hard they worked. It was about how well they could regulate.

I'm a certified sophrologist, coach and hypnotherapist. I now help parents understand what their teenager's nervous system actually needs during exams — and give them the tools to provide it, calmly and confidently.
